Nice clean lobby area.

I was shocked when I found the bathroom toilet leaking water everywhere upon my arrival. It was apparent that the hotel management was aware of the issue since the water was shut off beforehand.

The staff responded immediately to noise complaints.

Common areas were not cleaned during the entire stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly, offering top-notch service that made us feel welcome. The large seating area in our suite added comfort to our stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The breakfast options were diverse, with the hash brown fried potatoes standing out as the best we've had at any hotel. A fellow guest also mentioned the comfort of a king suite with no carpets, which added to the cleanliness.

However, the sound insulation in the room could be improved, as we could hear some noise from the hallway.

i had a wonderful stay here, greatly exceeding my previous experience in colorado springs. the room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful. i loved how conveniently located it was near great dining options for a fantastic walking tour.

We enjoyed our three-night stay in a spacious queen suite. The location was perfect for our needs, but the room door was tricky to open. The sofa showed some wear, yet everything remained clean. Future guests should note the dining options nearby for an easy meal!

I had an enjoyable stay with a spacious King Suite that felt spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the lady in charge of breakfast, who ensured the area was always clean and stocked. The breakfast offered delicious options and really set a positive tone for the day. However, the air conditioning did hum continuously, which might not be ideal for everyone.

We had a nice 3-night stay in an accessible suite. The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast had the best hotel eggs ever! Just wished there were more yogurt options. The only annoying thing was the tiny cups for juice, felt like I was using a mouthwash cup. Overall, a good experience!

great spot for city strolls and nearby parks and eateries

My stay in a spacious king suite was fantastic, especially with the hotel being just a hop away from cottonwood creek park and various dining options like arby's and taco express within a short walk, making it perfect for weekend explorations. although the common areas could use a little more attention, the overall experience was enjoyable.

love this hotel! it’s close to our kids, which makes the location perfect. the best part is there’s no carpet in the room, so no pet odors. the king suite was super comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool was a nice bonus!

would recommend.
